About Dr. Habermehl
Dr. Habermehl received her MD from the University of Western Ontario (now Western University) in 2000. She completed her residency in Family Medicine in Thunder Bay in 2002 and has been in Northwestern Ontario ever since. Not only is Dr. H a Family Physician & Rural Generalist but she has a keen interest in exploring the intersections of rural medicine and the dramatic arts. She is a co-founder of the fledgling "So I Guess We're Doing This? Theatre Company" in Kenora, Ontario, where she has the privilege of honing her acting and playwriting skills. She has expended her skills to include screenwriting and is excited to leverage her clinical expertise in creating intriguing and plausible stories for TV and film.
